And, if you have a healthy level of self-esteem and you always have done, then it’s not something you often think about, plus there’s nothing to compare it to.
Unfortunately, having low self-esteem can be awfully detrimental to your life and well-being.
What’s worse is that it can present itself as things that don’t look like low self-esteem, and often wreak havoc on our lives without ever knowing the root cause of our problems.
